Hi Joe, I just wanted to send you a personal thank you for all that you have done for me. Every time I call you about a concern you listen and act on it in a very professional manner. I really appreciate the way you expedite concerns by getting the sub contractors out to repair all discrepancies in a timely manner. I also appreciate the fact that you are on top of things, if for some reason you don't know the answer to something; you get the answer right away and share it with me. Keep up the good work sir; your aggressiveness in your job has not gone unnoticed. Again, as a homeowner in Fusion's community I would like to say thanks for everything. IT'S A WONDERFUL SINGLE STORY WITH 1663 SQFT 3 BEDROOMS 2 FULL BATHS WITH DEN AND LARGE OPEN FLOOR PLAN, VAULTED CEILINGS, ENERGY STAR RATED HOME WITH LOW E WINDOWS AND R-17 TO R-23 INSULATION IN THE EXTERIOR WALLS AND R-38 IN THE CEILING. THIS HOME HAS A POOL SIZED YARD AND THE HOME IS VERY EFFICIENT I SAVE AT LEAST 30% ON MY MONTHLY UTILITY BILLS AND BY SAVING MONEY ON UTILITIES I CAN GET MORE HOME FOR MY MONEY. I LIKE THE FLOOR PLANS AT WAGNER HOMES AND THE QUALITY IS EXECELENT, WITH A DASH COAT STUCCO SYSTEM WITH A 4 COLOR EXTERIOR ELASTOMERIC RUBBER BASED PAINT AND A 13 SEER A.C. SYSTEM ITS GREAT..
