Why do people prefer Nevada Homes Group? |

My wife and I recently returned from military duty in Iraq and were looking to settle down in Las Vegas, NV. Through coincidence we learned about Nevada Homes Group and opted for their lease to purchase program. The process was very customer friendly and their knowledgeable staff enabled us to move into our new home within three days. When we opted to purchase the home Mr. Wagner offered us an upgraded newly constructed house in the Deer Crossing neighborhood.
The purchase process was extremely fast and efficient due to Mr. Wagners connecting with the Realtor and title company. Mr. Wagner and his staff handled all of the financials with the exception of the additional information that the lender had requested directly from ourselves. Through a VA loan we received very favorable interest rates and were able to close within 8 weeks from the decision to purchase. In addition Nevada Homes Group provided us with a generous flooring and landscaping allowance along with many upgrades to include upgraded faucets and front loading washer and dryer. Their customer service is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We often heard of others buying homes and the stress that came along with the purchase. Our experience with the purchase of our home with Nevada Homes Group has been stress free and our closing date was actually one week earlier than the predicted date given. We would personally recommend Nevada Homes Group to friend and family.

I really appreciate the way you expedite concerns by getting the sub contractors out to repair all discrepancies in a timely manner. I also appreciate the fact that you are on top of things, if for some reason you don't know the answer to something; you get the answer right away and share it with me. Keep up the good work sir; your aggressiveness in your job has not gone unnoticed. Again, as a homeowner in Fusion's community I would like to say thanks for everything. I bought a home at Wagner Homes from Jon Montgomry. Is a great home 1 story 3bedrooms, 2 baths and a 2 car garage. Jon was very helpful,professional and courtious in selling me my new home. I just want to say that is one good salesman and very professional and know his business.
